1. Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting us at info@nzheatpumpsltd.co.nz
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
2. Refund Eligibility
Special Conditions: In the rare event that we are unable to provide any service to the customer (e.g., technical issues or platform unavailability), a refund may be issued upon request.
Refunds are processed within 9-15 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except under the Special Conditions outlined above.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Dissatisfaction with quotes or services provided by Subscribers.
Failure to respond to or secure quote requests.
Changes in business circumstances or personal preferences.
