1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting us at info@nzheatpumpsltd.co.nz

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Special Conditions: In the rare event that we are unable to provide any service to the customer (e.g., technical issues or platform unavailability), a refund may be issued upon request.

  • Refunds are processed within 9-15 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except under the Special Conditions outlined above.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Dissatisfaction with quotes or services provided by Subscribers.

    • Failure to respond to or secure quote requests.

    • Changes in business circumstances or personal preferences.

  • Your full name and account details.

  • A description of the issue and reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
