From the first meeting where Guri was the only person (we had 4 quotes from different companies) to come prepared with information that he left with us to make an informed decision. They were prompt, polite, professional and did everything to make the process of replacing an old unit and also installing a second one as easy and painless as possible. Highly recommend NZ Heatpumps - Guri. We installed two Haier units and the workmanship was brilliant. Very neat and tidy job. The units were very reasonably priced unlike many other companies. These guys are awesome. We purchased the heat pump from Trade Depot on the Saturday, they called me on the Sunday morning to organise installation and installed it on the Monday. They arrived when they said they would and had it up and running in less than half a day and the install is nice and tidy. Great guys to deal with and recommend them without hesitation.
