  • “User”: A homeowner, business, or individual requesting quotes for heat pump services.

  • “Subscriber”: A registered heat pump dealer/installer paying a subscription fee to receive quote requests.

  • “Service”: Our platform connecting Users with Subscribers for heat pump installations, repairs, or consultations.

2. Use of the Site

  • Eligibility: Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering binding contracts. Subscribers must be licensed heat pump dealers/installers in New Zealand.

  • Account Registration: Subscribers must provide accurate business details and update them promptly.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

    • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

    • Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes (e.g., spam, scraping data).

    • Circumvent fees or interfere with the Site’s functionality.

3. Subscription Terms

  • Subscription Fee: Subscribers pay $69 NZD/month (exclusive of GST) to access quote requests. Fees are billed monthly in advance.

  • Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel anytime via their account dashboard or by contacting us. No refunds for partial months.

  • Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms, non-payment, or unethical business practices.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Quote Requests: Users agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes.

  • No Guarantee: We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of Subscribers’ services. Users are responsible for vetting Subscribers.

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

  • Quote Responses: Subscribers must respond to quote requests promptly and professionally.

  • Licensing & Compliance: Subscribers warrant they hold valid licenses and comply with all NZ laws and industry standards.

  • Data Privacy: Subscribers must protect User data and use it solely for the purpose of providing quotes.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Methods: Accepted via [credit card, bank transfer, etc.].

  • Failed Payments: Accounts may be suspended for overdue payments.

  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by NZ consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All Site content (logos, text, design) is owned by NZ Heat Pumps Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • License: Subscribers may use our platform solely for accessing quote requests under these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

  • Disputes between Users and Subscribers.

  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., outages, data breaches).

9. Governing Law
